Overview of the role
We are looking for a commercially minded marketer to help grow our Maxime Pet Food business in Vietnam.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys seeing marketing translate into actual business results - whether that is stronger visibility in pet stores, successful consumer activations, better digital performance or increased sales through e-commerce.
You will work closely with our Pet Food and Sales teams to shape and execute our marketing agenda across trade, digital and e-commerce channels. The role will also have the opportunity to use market and consumer insights to identify new growth opportunities for the business.
What you will be doing
Lead
trade marketing activities including retail activations, pet expos, roadshows, vet partnerships and in-store visibility.
Partner with Sales to develop channel-specific promotions and commercial programmes.
Drive digital performance campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google.
Connect marketing campaigns with key e-commerce moments across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
Oversee social media, local brand content and KOL/KOC campaigns.
Manage creative, media, PR and event agencies.
Own and optimise the marketing budget, measuring ROI and ROAS across activities.
Track consumer behaviour, competitors and developments in Vietnam's pet-care market to identify growth opportunities.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to support promotional and demand planning.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
You will ideally bring around 5-10 years of marketing experience within pet care, FMCG, consumer goods or retail. We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked across both physical trade marketing and digital/performance marketing, rather than being specialised in only one area.
You should be comfortable working with commercial metrics such as ROAS, CAC/CPA, CTR, campaign ROI and e-commerce GMV, and have experience managing agencies and marketing budgets. Professional working proficiency in Vietnamese and English is required.
Experience in the pet-care industry would be an advantage, but strong consumer-sector experience combined with an interest in the category can also work.
