Overview
JDI Central is looking for an exceptional Brand MKT Manager to lead our marketing projects and drive the development and execution of our marketing strategy. As the Brand MKT Manager, you will play a critical role in defining and shaping the JDI Central brand, expanding our market presence, and driving customer acquisition and engagement, a key responsibility entails developing and driving marketing strategies to build a strong and distinctive new brand. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives that align with our business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Role & Responsibilities
● Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports JDI Central's growth objectives, enhances brand awareness, and drives customer acquisition.
● Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation across various marketing functions, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, public relations, and more.
● Establish and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
● Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content creation, email marketing, social media, and events.
● Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI and cost-effectiveness in all marketing initiatives.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
● Measure and analyze key marketing metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team, and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance.
● Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend and implement innovative solutions to drive marketing excellence.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and reach.
