Mô tả công việc
Job Purpose:
The purpose of the role is to support the Marketing Manager to create the marketing strategy and implement marketing campaigns for the growing B2B exhibition events in Vietnam. Able to demonstrate substantial experience in implementing and managing direct marketing campaigns for successful exhibitions, using the entire marketing mix for the buyers/visitor promotions, across a range of events.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Timelines and budgets are adhered to in promotional activities.
- Show and individual targets met as set out by Group Marketing Manager & Project Managers.
- Using a marketing mix for recruiting Exhibitors (Target) and Visitors (achieve & exceed) - will be set up based on strategy business annual.
- Post-report.
MAIN TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing:
- Create and implement an integrated marketing strategy for the entire exhibition including exhibitor, conference, and visitor promotion campaigns.
- Working with the sales team to create sales campaigns, focused on both new client growth and increased client retention.
- Set out and monitor the entire budget, drop schedule, and media plan.
- Use the full marketing mix to promote the exhibition and conferences following the marketing strategy from Exhibitor promotion through to Visitor promotion.
- Analysis of previous marketing campaigns and executing targeted selections on an internal database system.
- Identify appropriate media partners and associations and negotiate barter deals to maximize event exposure
- Ensure show websites are fully up to date with the latest information.
- Set up media deals with external organizations to ensure maximum exposure at the lowest cost to show budget.
- Strategic database build
- Writing and controlling copywriting in coordination with the Group Marketing Manager & Project Managers.
- Coordinate the design and production of all marketing collateral, including sales brochures, conference brochures, visitor identity, print advertisements, web banners/emails, etc
- Utilize all available social platforms to create effective content for building B2B community.
- Copy write and proof all marketing materials in conjunction with the Group Marketing Manager & Project Managers & General Manager such as press releases, announcement letters.
- Update and adhere to the agreed marketing budget
- Initiate and execute Post-show survey and provide the most useful insight data report.
- Provide KPI reports for update meetings with Group Marketing Manager & Exhibition Director/Manager
General:
- Manage and co-ordinate all external suppliers including Activities agency, Media Agency, Creative Agency...
- Manage and co-coordinate internal departments such as Operation production, telesales, database, web.
- Manage and co-coordinate with regional supporting team for running the show effectively.
- Provide any other reporting information as required by show team
- Perform any other duties as commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility

Education Level Required:
- Educated to university degree or equivalent.
Background Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Essential
- Events marketing experience - At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferable from exhibition industry.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office including intermediate/advanced PPT, Word and Excel
- Experienced in all aspects of online marketing execution and administration, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, EDM campaigns, SEO, etc.
- Thorough understanding of direct marketing initiatives including mail and email marketing
- Database development and growth including segmentation / advanced targeting
- High level of copywriting and collateral production knowledge
- Deadline and target driven
- Experience of working in a pressurized environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Desirable Skills
- Proven track record in a B2B marketing environment
- Formal business/marketing higher education qualification
- Good command of English and Vietnamese both verbal & written
- Strong writing, both business and commercial, and verbal communications skills in both Vietnamese and English.
