We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead client campaigns across B2B and FMCG sectors. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, creative execution, and strong client leadership.
You will be responsible for driving marketing strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes for our clients. Success in this role requires strong capabilities, the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment, and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
1. Strategy & Campaign Leadership
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across B2B and FMCG clients
Translate client business objectives into actionable marketing plans
Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, trade, retail, events)
Ensure alignment between brand positioning, customer journey, and performance goals
2. Client Management
Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts
Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders
Present strategies, reports, and performance insights with confidence
Proactively identify growth opportunities within accounts
3. Performance & Analytics
Define KPIs and success metrics for all campaigns
Track, analyze, and optimize performance across channels
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data
Manage budgets and ensure ROI-driven execution
4. Team & Project Management
Lead internal teams (creative, digital, content, media) to deliver campaigns
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Mentor junior team members and foster skill development
Drive operational excellence across workflows
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
Minimum 5 - 8 years of marketing experience in FMCG, F&B, or B2B sectors.
Experience leading integrated campaigns across multiple channels
Experience in leading a team before.
Experience in client management, distributor coordination, or sales support marketing.
Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in regional or international markets.
Exposure to trade shows, exhibitions, and overseas partners.
Agency experience is a plus.
Strong sense of ownership, leadership mindset, and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving ability
