About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing mobile game publisher, is looking for a Marketing Manager to act as the CEO's direct growth partner - owning UA, Media, Creative, Monetization and Data to scale the portfolio profitably, backed by data at every decision.
Key Responsibilities
Market Intelligence: Track charts, genre trends, and competitor UA/creative strategy (Sensor Tower/AppMagic); turn insight into investment recommendations for the CEO.
Data-Driven Investment: Own the scale/kill framework (CPI, D1/D7/D30 retention, LTV, payback); manage UA budget allocation and blended margin.
UA Leadership: Run media buying across Meta, Google, AppLovin, Moloco, Unity/ironSource, TikTok, ASA; drive high-velocity creative testing and ASO.
Launch Strategy: Own the launch playbook (marketability test → soft launch → go/no-go → scale) for Puzzle game lines; run post-mortems to improve it.
Marketing x Product: Build a data-driven ideation engine with Product/R&D - market signals drive new game ideas, tested before deep investment.
Team Leadership: Manage 6 Team Leaders; set and drive ambitious OKRs; build a data-driven, fast-experimentation culture.
Requirements
6+ years in growth/product marketing (analytics-driven environment); 2+ years managing multiple teams.
Proven track record managing large multi-channel, multi-market UA budgets and making data-backed scale/kill calls.
Strong leadership presence; decisive, data-honest, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Nice to have: Puzzle game launch success (millions of installs/top chart); experience building Marketing-Product ideation processes; AI tools in creative/research/analytics.
