Marketing Officer (Aeon Mall Long Bien - 613)

Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 01 Marketing Officer.
+ Work location: AEON MALL Long Bien
+ Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
+ Report to: Team Leader
+ Main function: Make a plan and execute event promotions and marketing campaigns according to the company's marketing strategy.
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Work with agencies/vendors to check all decoration design, POSM, customer gifts, PGs, ect, to ensure event running smoothly. (25%)
2. Contribute the ideas to maximize marketing communication tools inside Mall within budget. (20%)
3. Patrol SC daily to provide support to tenants and ensure the best service provided to customers. (15%)
4. Explain marketing information to Tenants/Customers. (15%)
5. Handle with paperwork related to execute marketing events/tasks. (15%)
6. Making report as assignment accurately and timely. (5%)
7. Other duties as assigned. (5%)
