About the job
Overview
As a Marketing Executive (Operations), you will play a crucial role in planning and implementing marketing communication campaigns across various channels.
You will be responsible for managing campaigns in Braze, analysing channel effectiveness, optimising agent engagement, assisting with database management, and ensuring brand consistency in all marketing communications.
Collaboration with key stakeholders from the Agency Trade Marketing, Engineering, Lifecycle Marketing, and Creative Team will also be essential to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns/ projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Take ownership of the Agent Marketing Comms calendar for [protected info] and ensure timely execution of campaigns. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, plan activities, and track progress.
Utilize the Braze platform to set up and execute marketing campaigns. Follow best practices and ensure campaigns are launched according to the defined timeline.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing channels and campaigns. Leveraging data and analytics to provide recommendations for optimising agent engagement and improving marketing communication performance.
Support stakeholders by assisting in database segmentation and preparation according to requested target audiences.
Ensure all marketing communication channels, including email, SMS, Zalo, banner solutions, adhere to brand guidelines in terms of content, design, and messaging. Regularly review and provide feedback to ensure consistency and alignment with the brand image, keeping in mind the overall agent experience.
Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of the microsite to align with branding and marketing objectives. Analyse website performance metrics and implement improvements accordingly.
Collaborate with Regional Lifecycle Marketing team to develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns tailored to address various stages of an agent journey.
Implement A/B tests for audience segments, messaging and promotions to maximise product outcomes (engagement and retention)
Coordinate with Data Engineering and Data Analytics team to ensure integrity of data feeding into MarTech platforms
REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated experience in executing marketing campaigns.
Strong interest in utilising data tools like Looker and possesses experience in analysing marketing data and metrics to derive actionable insights will be a bonus
Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation purposes.
Familiarity with database preparation and audience segmentation techniques.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in campaign execution, database management, and adherence to brand guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in using Looker is a bonus
