About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Executive to support the execution of our marketing activities across multiple channels. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day marketing operations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring marketplace performance, and providing market insights to help drive business growth.
The ideal candidate enjoys execution, has strong organizational skills, and is passionate about e-commerce and
digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations
Create and maintain accurate product listings across marketplace platforms.
Ensure a seamless customer journey by monitoring product information, campaign assets, and storefront quality.
Prepare and coordinate local marketing materials, including banners, product images, live stream assets, translations, and promotional content.
Execute and monitor daily marketing activities according to the content calendar.
Coordinate campaign execution with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
Support livestream operations by preparing live assets, promotional materials, and operational tools.
Act as the main coordination point between platform representatives and internal management for campaign execution and operational matters.
Manage and publish content across the company's social media channels.
Marketplace Operations
Monitor marketplace health and ensure storefront operations are running smoothly.
Support campaign setup and execution on marketplace platforms.
Track operational issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
Ensure product information, promotions, and campaign assets are updated accurately.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, campaigns, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Track customer reviews, store ratings, and marketplace performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct local market and consumer trend research.
Share successful local marketing cases and emerging trends with the team.
Prepare weekly market insight reports with actionable recommendations.
On-assigned temporarily task
Support special marketing and operational projects as assigned.
Assist in setting up new livestream studios and operational workflows.
Coordinate equipment procurement and marketing operational resources.
Support recruitment coordination for livestream hosts, creators, or marketing-related positions.
Perform other ad hoc tasks to support business growth.
