Việc làm PR Specialist

Mô tả công việc

• To execute B2B marketing and communications tasks for the Vietnam market as assigned by Corporate Affairs (SG-SEA) Team
• Assist Market & Group functions to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop content, including but not limited to website materials, social media, industry conferences, exhibitions, marketing editorials, newsletters, awards and thought leadership
• Work with Market & Group functions to review translated media releases or announcements and media coverage reports
• Monitor key local and business media for company news and industry updates on business landscape
• Assist Market & Group functions to maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
• Support internal communications in featuring success stories and fostering employee engagement with strategy
• Support event-based or digital marketing initiatives; campaigns; projects; internal or external events and roadshows
• Support customer engagement events and campaigns across multiple touchpoints and channels
• Ensure brand and design consistency with adherence to company's guidelines across all communication channels and owned/partnered assets in Vietnam
• To travel and provide support in conducting site visits to assets located in outlying regions of Vietnam
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
• Organisation and upkeep of a library of digital assets, collaterals, and other shared resources

Yêu cầu công việc

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in public relations, marketing, or communications discipline
2. Minimum of 4-year experience as a marketing and/or communications specialist, or similar role
3. Excellent in speaking, writing, and translating in English and Vietnamese
4. Willingness to travel regularly to remote asset sites in Vietnam
5. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills
6. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & PREFERRED CHARACTERISTICS
1. A candidate with practical experience in the energy/renewables sector is a plus
2. Is proactive, positive, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
3. Experience in planning or coordinating events and roadshows
4. Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
5. Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
6. Ability to adapt with a strong willingness to learn
7. Familiarity with content or customer management systems
8. A good understanding and in-depth knowledge of Vietnam culture (localization)
9. Have existing relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets or journalists
