Content & Campaign Coordination
- Draft campaign-based social media captions (Facebook, Instagram) for new product launches, activations, and promotional content.
- Work with the Marketing
Designer to coordinate visual materials.
KOL/KOC Collaboration Support
- Support sourcing, briefing, and following up with KOL/KOC partners.
- Track deliverables and support performance reporting.
Campaign & Project Support
- Assist in building campaign timelines and tracking execution across teams.
- Prepare campaign reports, and performance summaries.
Retail Campaign Execution
- Support planning and execution of in-store promotions and activations.
- Coordinate with store teams on POSM, display, and customer engagement activities & be willing to travel for on-ground campaign support (Ba Na Hills, pop-ups, etc).
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in Marketing or related fields.
- Strong interest in retail, consumer behavior, and sales-driven marketing.
- Good content writing and creative thinking skills, especially for social media.
- Basic understanding of marketing channels (social, KOL, campaigns) is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in retail / promotion / campaign execution is a strong advantage (not required).
- Strong sales-driven marketing mindset (understanding what drives customer purchase).
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working across teams (marketing, retail, operations).
- Willing to travel for on-ground campaign execution.
- Salary: 12,000,000 - 14,000,000 VND/month (negotiable during interview).
- Employment contract, health insurance, and social insurance will be provided according to state regulations.
- Work in a dynamic environment within a leading global collectible retail brand, collaborating with cross-functional teams including local and HQ teams.
- Receive hands-on training and guidance in marketing execution, retail campaigns, and content development.
- Be supported in learning and applying AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) to improve productivity and creativity
- Gain exposure to end-to-end campaign execution, including both online and in-store activations
- This position is designed as a high-potential track to evolve into Campaign Executive or Content Strategist roles within 12-18 months, depending on performance.
