Description and Requirements
Principal Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Planning, Market Intelligence & Reporting (20%)
Monitor insurance market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and business priorities to identify opportunities and support marketing planning.
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and marketing performance analysis.
Provide recommendations on product positioning, customer value propositions, and marketing initiatives based on market insights.
Prepare regular marketing reports, dashboards, and performance updates for management review.
Support annual and quarterly marketing planning activities.
2. Product Marketing & Campaign Management (30%)
Develop and execute product marketing plans, product launch activities, and integrated marketing campaigns to support business growth objectives.
Coordinate with Product, Distribution, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Manage the development and review process of product brochures, marketing collateral, sales materials, and customer communications.
Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimize effectiveness, customer engagement, and business outcomes.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and brand guidelines.
3. Customer Initiatives & Growth Programs (20%)
Support the development and implementation of customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty initiatives.
Coordinate customer campaigns, value-added service programs, and customer activation activities across priority customer segments.
Support customer segmentation analysis and targeted marketing initiatives.
Monitor customer feedback and campaign results to identify opportunities for service and customer experience improvements.
Contribute to the enhancement of customer journeys across digital and offline touchpoints.
4. Partnership Marketing &
Business Development Support (15%)
Manage coordination of marketing initiatives with bancassurance partners, affiliates, and external stakeholders.
Support the development and execution of joint marketing campaigns, sales activation programs, and customer engagement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to enhance partnership effectiveness and customer acquisition through partner channels.
Maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate campaign execution.
Monitor partnership campaign performance and prepare performance reports and recommendations.
5. Brand, Communications & Event Management (10%)
Collaborate with Communications and Corporate Affairs teams on branding initiatives, content development, media activities, and communication programs.
Ensure consistent brand application across marketing campaigns and customer-facing materials.
Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing events, customer engagement activities, and sales support programs.
Support initiatives aimed at strengthening brand visibility and customer awareness.
6.
Digital Marketing & Channel Optimization (5%)
Support website content management, digital campaign execution, and online product promotion activities.
Monitor website traffic, lead generation performance, and customer engagement metrics.
Coordinate digital optimization initiatives to improve customer experience and campaign effectiveness.
Prepare digital performance analysis and improvement recommendations.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:
4-6 years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing,
Brand Marketing, Campaign Management, Partnership Marketing, or related fields.
Experience in insurance, bancassurance, banking, financial services, or regulated industries is preferred.
Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong project management, communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
Excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills.
Experience in product launches, customer marketing programs, and partner marketing initiatives is an advantage.
