1. Campaign & Social Content
- Plan and execute both external and internal marketing activities to boost sales and strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage social media content (Facebook, Zalo): planning, creation, posting, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
- Monitor and report social engagement metrics, and suggest improvements for future content.
2. SEO & Website Content
- Plan and write SEO-driven articles to improve the website's search ranking.
- Monitor SEO performance and keyword movements in the market, and update SEO strategy accordingly.
3. POSM & Sales Materials
- Design or coordinate sales materials (brochures, banners, POSM) and support sales with customized content.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in Marketing/Digital/Content.
Hands-on experience managing digital channels (Facebook, Zalo, website CMS).
Strong content writing skills for both social media and SEO.
Basic POSM design skills or experience coordinating with
designers.
Language: Strong communication skills in Vietnamese; English or Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
Good understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
Good design ability (Canva; Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
