Marketing Solutions is responsible for the monetization of all Lazada brands & sellers. As a Top Account Management, you will be responsible to serve & assist for top Lazada advertisers. In detail:
• Own advertising revenue KPI for Marketing Solutions for Top assigned advertisers
• Define, implement and optimize solution mix of top brands/ sellers, including internal and external solutions
• Analyze, consult & assist these top advertisers on media planning & ads optimization, to deliver the better ads performance and ROAS
• Work closely with Commercial KAMs to do pitching & review for JBP/ KBP, define revenue growth, synergize commercial and monetization strategies to tackle the challenges and drive the company's goals
• Filter and translate the feedbacks from these advertisers & KAMs into the product & program's request and improvements
• Participate in other Marketing Solutions initiatives
Yêu cầu
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline
• At least 5 years of overall experience and a minimum of 3 years' experience in Marketing Solutions, Media or Data analytics (with client facing)
• Own data analytical skill with logical thinking and detail-oriented, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills: good communication & process management, Problem solving & influencing stakeholders
• Good presentation skill in both Vietnamese & English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, execution-oriented and challenging work environment
• High level of proficiency using advanced Excel, PowerPoint. PowerBI and SQL is a plus.
