Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and community-based) for various project phases: pre-launch, TGE, and post-launch.
Create multi-channel communication content (X, Telegram, Medium, Discord, Website, TikTok).
Manage and optimize the performance of KOL campaigns, community seeding, referral programs, and contests.
Collaborate directly with Design,
Business Development, and Partnership teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Track campaign performance: monitor KPIs, measure data, and prepare performance reports.
Propose new ideas based on market and community insights.
1. Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Web3, crypto, or tech startups.
Solid understanding of the crypto ecosystem (DeFi, NFT, Layer2, BTCFi, etc.).
Proficient in social marketing: content creation, viral campaigns, seeding, and community engagement.
Skilled in tracking metrics, compiling data, and reporting campaign performance.
Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
Have a laptop to use for work.
