In-hotel Communication & Guest Experience (80%)
Execute overall In-hotel Communication, including: Visual Merchandising, Signage & Wayfinding, POSM, Environmental Design, to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and deliver seamless guest experiences.
Develop ideas and execute Community Activities, including: Festive decorations, Engaging in-store activities, Guest interaction programs to enhance brand distinction and drive guest loyalty.
Project management for new store openings: Work closely with internal stakeholders (Operation, Project,
Purchasing, etc.) and with external partners (suppliers, agencies, contractors, etc.) to ensure projects are delivered on time, with quality and consistency.
Market Research & Guest Insights (20%)
Support market trend research from both global and local markets to identify opportunities.
Assist in implementing market research activities to understand guest insights and market needs.
1-2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Hospitality, F&B, or Startup environments.
Strong interest in the startup culture, hospitality industry, and marketing operation.
Strong skills in Project Management and Stakeholder Management.
Hands-on, hard-working, proactive, and highly adaptive to a fast-paced working environment.
Willing to learn, open-minded to new ideas.
Creative mindset with a good sense of aesthetics, especially for space, visuals, and guest experience.
