You will be responsible for marketing initiatives at a real estate development company that is part of a Japanese regional railway group.
Managing and supporting sales and marketing as a corporate strategic partner
Conducting market strategy and planning
Supporting marketing activities for joint ventures
Conducting market research and data collection for new project planning
Supporting progress verification and document organization in local licensing processes
Other related marketing and operational tasks assigned by the manager
■Requirement :
Bachelor's degree
English: Intermediate levels
2 years or more of experience working in marketing in the real estate industry
