Planning & Strategy:
- Support in evaluating and establishing the marketing strategy by analyzing customer forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations and planning calendars
- Research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape. Provide support and insight into significant industry trends and market changes
- Determine the best ways to reach target audiences, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies
- Planning new projects or other major events to promote brand awareness or increase sales
- Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, etc.
Data Analysis:
- Collects and stores data on sales numbers, market research or customer behaviors to provide recommendations to sales and marketing decisions.
- Ensures to allocate resources appropriately and support the company make better decisions.
- Provide quality assurance of imported data
Co-brands:
- Developing co-brands promotion or sponsor with E-Payment partners to promote cashless contribution & ensure AEON becomes Cashless leading in retail industry. Dealing & clarify about the sponsor packages, timeline, promotion to meet both side's expectations
- Developing relations between supplier and E-Payment partners to sell media packages & POSM location to gain more profit.
- Managing the production of related marketing, event materials.
- Follow up and support for contract and payment documents with legal, accounting and partners
Other duties

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Requires 2-3 years experience in the related area.
- Be analytical with strong organizational abilities and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
- Knowledge of use a combination of research, analysis, creativity, and communication skills.
- Good planning, organizing and time-management skills.
- Have experience in market research and business operations in retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
