Mô tả công việc

1. Main tasks
- Researching, developing, creating and communicating strategic marketing plans to meet the company's goals.
- Lead and optimize marketing campaigns based on data; collaborate with multifunctional teams to execute campaigns.
- Align marketing efforts with overall business strategies
2. Detail
- Research & planning:
Provide analysis and recommendations to the marketing team
Forecasts market trends
Analyzes sales and marketing key performance indicators
Ensures marketing strategies align with overall business strategy
Uses customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
- Creates marketing strategies to launch and market new products/services
Build awareness for product & and service while targeting the proper audience
Develop customized email blasts and media kits to reach targeted markets and use digital analytics tools to measure and improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Solid grasp of marketing automation tools and digital marketing strategies, or a proven ability to quickly learn and leverage new MKT solutions.
- Collaborate with other teams to create advertising content, and manage and supervise sales & and marketing projects from beginning to end to ensure that marketing operations are in alignment with the broader business objectives.
- Other tasks requested by the Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. Professional Knowledge:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a marketing strategist, marketing manager, or similar role
- Creative thinker and data-driven
- Proven track record of project management and strong attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of Digital MKT and AI, Blockchain in MKT activities is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to learn swiftly, stay up-to-date with industry trends, and adapt to new marketing platforms and technologies.
- Great leadership skills
3. Required Competencies:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- English: communication
- Good ability in idea creation
- Energetic, hungry for knowledge, and always ready for new challenges.
- Self-study and trend updated quickly
- Unique thinking and aesthetic is preferable
