We are looking for a Marketing Team Leader who will be responsible for driving brand positioning and executing impactful marketing initiatives at Portico and Bridge. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, working closely with the Sales and Legal team to create effective campaigns that convert brand awareness into actual sales, and ensuring our brand stands out in the market.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Strategy & Planning
• Develop overall marketing strategy (online & offline) aligned with company's business direction and objectives.
• Analyze market trends, global immigration industry movements, and competitors' activities to recommend effective strategies.
Management & Coordination
• Assign, supervise, and support team members (design, content, digital, events, etc.).
• Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of all marketing projects.
• Train, mentor, and develop capabilities of marketing team members.
Execution & Supervision
• Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns: Digital, PR, Social Media, Email Marketing, Events, etc.
• Manage brand image and messaging to maintain professionalism and consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to optimize lead conversion and business results.
Measurement & Reporting
• Track and analyze KPIs for all marketing activities to evaluate performance and impact.
• Provide regular reports to the Board of Directors and recommend improvement actions
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM THIS ROLE?
• Turn customer insights, market trends, into actionable marketing strategies and campaigns that directly drive sales and brand growth.
• Monitor brand performance using data, quickly identify opportunities or issues, and recommend actions to sustain and boost results.
• Understand customer behavior and channel dynamics to create impactful brand activations from concept to evaluation.
QUALIFICATION
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• English Proficiency: Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the immigration field is preferred.
• Work Experience: At least 5 years in the industry and 2 years managing a team of 2-5 people.
• Drives to win, able to distill and define objectives from broad directions, organize time & resources and mobilize & motivate others towards achieving these objectives
• Adapts well, overcomes obstacles, defines trade-off choices and alternative solutions to push forward if faced with barriers

SALARY
Income: 25tr VND (Net/month)
