1) General Role
Take charge of implementing Marketing activities for the whole Group and its member companies.
Advise and propose marketing plans to the CMO/General Director.
Coordinate marketing activities among Group companies to ensure consistency in strategy, brand image, and effectiveness.
2) Marketing Planning and Implementation for the Group
Analyze the market, products, and target customers of each Group company.
Propose monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans for each company and the whole Group.
Coordinate with the CMO/General Director to adjust and implement marketing plans.
3) Digital and
Trade Marketing (Group-wide)
Implement
digital marketing activities for the Group:
SEO, content, social media, website, and online advertising.
Manage brand content and images on the Group's communication channels.
Develop ideas and coordinate the design of catalogues, brochures, POSM, and sales materials for Group companies.
4) Event, Seminar, and Exhibition Organization (Group Level)
Plan and implement Group marketing events, including seminars, customer conferences, industry exhibitions, and roadshows.
Develop concepts, scripts, timelines, and event budgets for each company and the whole Group.
Coordinate with Sales, Technical, and member companies to implement events.
Evaluate event effectiveness based on indicators such as number of attendees, leads, cost per lead, and impact on sales.
Report results and propose improvements for the Group's event activities.
5) Measurement and Optimization of Group Marketing Performance
Monitor marketing budgets by company and for the whole Group.
Establish and track Group marketing KPIs: traffic, leads, conversion, CPL, CPA, and SEO ranking.
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing channels and campaigns of each company.
Propose solutions to optimize costs and improve Group marketing performance.
6) Internal Coordination and Support to the CMO/General Director
Coordinate with departments and member companies within the Group (Sales, Technical, HR & Admin, IT).
Consolidate marketing data to support the CMO/General Director's decision-making.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the CMO/General Director.
1. Salary
Negotiable based on qualifications and capability.

Entitled to propose and participate in giving opinions on developing the Department management system.
Entitled to propose solutions to improve work efficiency.
