Create, update, and maintain master data (BOM, routing, material code, customer code, vendor code, etc.) in ERP system.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all master data related to production and planning.
Coordinate with relevant departments (R&D, IE, PPC,
Purchasing, Warehouse, etc.) to collect and verify information before input.
Support users in resolving data-related issues and provide guidance on master data usage.
Regularly review and clean up the database to eliminate duplicate or obsolete data.
Prepare reports and documentation related to master data control and improvement.
Participate in system testing or process improvement projects related to ERP or data management.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
Experience in ERP data input or production planning is preferred.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and careful with data accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic English skills for reading and writing technical terms.
Proficient in Excel and data management tools.
