Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Material Control Specialist ($1400, ID 19742):
Manage material planning activities to ensure sufficient supply for production work orders.
Monitor and control end-to-end material planning performance and execution results.
Ensure BOM information is accurate, updated on time, and aligned with production requirements.
Prepare material on-hand and shortage reports for each Work Order (WO).
Calculate and update production lead time accurately, and communicate relevant information to the Sales team.
Create Purchase Orders / Purchase Requests and coordinate with the
Purchasing team to maintain adequate material stock levels.
Follow up and update purchasing and shipment status with Import/Export, Warehouse/Logistics, and Production teams.
Ensure logistics cost optimization and supplier on-time delivery (OTD-Supply) to prevent material shortages and production disruption.
Manage and control material inventory value within the defined targets.
Generate and schedule work orders, confirm sales orders, and ensure production plans are accurate, fast, and resource-optimized.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Director.
Requirement
Gender: Female, Age: 28 - 36
Bachelor's degree required.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in manufacturing plants about Electronic Motor production for HVAC systems.
Fluent in English.
Strong Excel skills; detail-oriented with solid data management and reporting capabilities.
Careful, proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
