JOB SUMMARY
Manage suppliers & orders, daily delivery schedule from suppliers to ensure orders fulfillment and Customer satisfied on time delivery
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor daily delivery schedule for suppliers to arrange shipments on time. Make sure no shortage of direct BOM materials for production planning, inventory control etc. to ensure uninterrupted supply of goods to customers.
- Support New Project Development program, follow up NPD orders and deliveries to meet new products launch. - Follow up material for promotion order.
- Identify delivery risk up front (such as suppliers' capacity, manpower, raw materials, 2nd level supplier's risk) and resolution to ensure supplier 's on time delivery. Escalate to manager for solutions and updates.
- Manage DOS
- Control E&O stock
- Reporting suppliers' performance, capacity utilization, critical components RYG report, inventory control, excess & obsolete report to SCM manager regularly.

Education
University graduated Good oral and written communication in both English and Vietnamese
Experience
Minimum 05 year experience for Manufacturing company
Knowledge
Work experience in material planning, supplier/demand management, inventory control role Knowledge in shipping and logistics or specializing in supply chain
Functional Skills
Be good at Microsoft Office, such as Power Point, word, excel, especially for all related excel operate formula. Best familiar with Oracle system.

Working Location: Tan Phu Trung - Cu Chi, Shuttle bus from HCM, Binh Duong and Dong Nai are available.
