Handling for
purchasing material (Hot rolled coils) from both local mills and import (include Tolling biz) such as size assortment management, contract follow up, production & delivery monitoring (daily), material registration, making PO - AP through ERP system, updating forecast, solving for claim (if any), etc....
Co-operate with Sales team, Logistics Dept., P&F Dept., etc... to complete the assigned tasks.
Support for Sales in purchased documents as customer's request.
Co-operate closely with supplier for updating information such as production status, delivery schedule and other negotiations (if any).
Selling non-prime product through e-bidding system.
Handling for annual ISO verification by preparing relevant documents.
Update information related to material on CRM system.
Other tasks as assigned by Leader / Head of Department.
Graduated from University with majors: Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Economics and Public Management, Foreign Trade, Economics and Business ...
Good in English.
Good skill in Microsoft office.
Experiences in Global Trade Operations including payment, shipping, contract management, and insurance.
Have knowledge about Steel market is preferrable.
