Material Planning & Purchasing Specialist (1+ Year Experience | Shuttle Bus: Ha Dong, My Dinh)

· Conduct materials planning on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
· Update bill of materials (BOM) in coordination with Production to ensure planning accuracy.
· Calculate purchasing requirements, determine order quantities, and define appropriate ordering timing to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
· Monitor raw material inventory, incoming shipments, and adjust purchasing plans in line with production changes or the latest forecasts.
· Execute purchase orders according to the approved material plan.
· Track supplier delivery schedules, proactively identify potential delay risks, and propose mitigation solutions.
· Evaluate and optimize safety stock levels for different material categories.
· Coordinate with Warehouse, Workshop, QC, and related departments to ensure material availability for manufacturing.
· Maintain and update material, supplier, and order status data in the ERP/MRP system.
· Prepare periodic reports on material planning, inventory levels, and supply performance for management review
