Responsibilities and Authorities
· Responsible for developing and improving mechanical systems and products. This includes creating designs, prototypes, and technical documentation, as well as collaborating with other engineers and teams throughout the product lifecycle. They apply engineering principles to solve real-world problems, ensuring functionality, reliability, and safety
· Requiring knowledge in mechanical design applications and application of basic
electrical engineering principles. Applies knowledge of engineering principles to prescribed techniques and procedures to complete project assignments.
· Able to understand customer SOW and product drawing.
· Able to read drawings and point out the critical control specifications and tolerances.
· Able to prepare the operation Machine Manual, BOM list, and exploded diagram spare part list for the customer.
· Full responsibility for Machine status and material selection according to the applications to maintain the consistency of function and component lifecycle.
· Perform pre-buy-off and POC for end factors based on customer requirements as in the SOW.
· Daily meeting on work progress based on the project Gantt chart, completed within the deadline given.
· Lead the team members for long lead time and short lead time components and assign the team to follow up on all materials' arrival on time.
· Perform other jobs deem necessary required by management.
· Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
· To comply with all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.

Job Competency
· Min Diploma/Degree in Mechatronics/material engineering or mechanical design with 4 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Proficient in MS Office and popular design software. (AutoCAD, Solidworks & Invento
· Basic Knowledge of Machine design, casting considerations, effectiveness of Machine design, and machine operating sequences.
· Able to communicate and give PPT presentations with customers at all levels.
· Fluent on both English and vietnamese.
· Understand ISO 9001: 2015 requirements.
· Able to use measurement equipment.
· Willing to travel locally and internationally as needed
· Able to work under pressure and have good prioritization skills.
· Client Focus: Focuses on the needs of internal clients (project team leadership) while attempting to gain a basic understanding of external clients' main interests and drivers. May provide support to
business development or pursuit activities. Knowledge Sharing, Innovation and Technology: Shares current knowledge of the latest technology and processes.
