1. Responsible for the development, repair for fixture or machine of connector products.
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Vendors, Sales, Project
Management, and Customers, to establish clear and effective project execution plans.
3. Follow on the DFMEA, FAI, ECN, reviewing and related procedures.
4. Conduct concept development, design and feasibility studies, design reviews, and ensure proper
documentation, including drawings, specifications, and engineering document release and archiving.
5. Qualification new tooling, fixture compared with design and problem-solving activities to drive issues
to closure, managing design and engineering changes as required.
6. Coordinate with vendors, and other Engineering functions to ensure alignment and efficient
collaboration to get the fixture and tooling in the right time.
7. Support FAI approvals, ECN implementation, and other related engineering processes.
8. Execute other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
