- Depending on the assigned discipline and project scope, the Engineer will undertake the relevant responsibilities below; candidates are expected to have strength in one or more of Insulation, Piping, or Quality Control (QC).
- Review client specifications, drawings, scope of work, site data, and applicable codes and standards; identify technical requirements, interfaces, risks, and deliverables for each project stage.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to clarify technical requirements and propose safe, practical, and cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare, review, and control engineering calculations, method statements, material submittals, general arrangements, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, red-line drawings, and as-built documentation.
- Perform quantity take-off and prepare material take-offs (MTO), bills of quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, technical proposals, and tender documentation; support technical bid evaluation and procurement.
- For insulation work: select and calculate insulation and cladding systems for piping, equipment, tanks, ducts, and HVAC; prepare layouts, material quantities, and installation details in accordance with project specifications.
- For scaffolding work: develop or review scaffold layouts, access requirements, load classifications, material quantities, and erection/dismantling methods; support inspection, tagging, and material control in accordance with approved procedures.
- For piping work: prepare or review piping layouts, isometrics, spool drawings, supports, line lists, and MTOs; coordinate fabrication, installation, alignment, testing, reinstatement, and mechanical completion activities.
- For QC work: prepare and implement quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), checklists, material traceability records, welding/NDT documentation, test packs, punch lists, and final quality dossiers; coordinate inspections with clients and third parties.
- Issue and distribute approved documents, maintain registers, control revisions, and ensure that only the latest approved documents are used at the office, workshop, and project site.
- Provide technical support to fabrication and site teams, resolve field queries and non-conformities, verify constructability, and monitor progress, quantities, material usage, and work quality.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable technical standards, HSE requirements, company procedures, and quality objectives.
- Prepare regular progress and technical reports, highlight risks or deviations, recommend corrective actions, and promptly escalate issues affecting safety, quality, cost, or schedule.
- Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the
Project Manager or Company Management.

- Lập, kiểm tra và kiểm soát các tính toán kỹ thuật, biện pháp thi công, hồ sơ vật tư, bản vẽ tổng thể, shop drawing, bản vẽ chế tạo, bản vẽ hoàn công và hồ sơ kỹ thuật liên quan.
- Bóc tách khối lượng; lập MTO, BOQ, dự toán, đề xuất kỹ thuật và hồ sơ dự thầu; hỗ trợ đánh giá kỹ thuật hồ sơ chào thầu và công tác mua sắm.
- Đối với Bảo ôn: lựa chọn và tính toán hệ thống vật liệu bảo ôn, lớp bọc cho đường ống, thiết bị, bồn bể, ống gió và HVAC; lập bản vẽ bố trí, khối lượng vật tư và chi tiết lắp đặt theo yêu cầu dự án.
- Đối với Giàn giáo: lập hoặc kiểm tra phương án bố trí, yêu cầu tiếp cận, cấp tải, khối lượng vật tư và biện pháp lắp dựng/tháo dỡ; hỗ trợ kiểm tra, gắn thẻ và
quản lý vật tư theo quy trình được phê duyệt.
- Đối với Đường ống: lập hoặc kiểm tra layout, isometric, spool drawing, giá đỡ, line list và MTO; phối hợp chế tạo, lắp đặt, căn chỉnh, thử nghiệm, hoàn trả hệ thống và nghiệm thu hoàn thành cơ khí.
- Đối với QC: lập và triển khai kế hoạch chất lượng, ITP, checklist, hồ sơ truy xuất vật liệu, hồ sơ hàn/NDT, test pack, punch list và hồ sơ chất lượng hoàn công; phối hợp nghiệm thu với khách hàng và bên thứ ba.
- Phát hành và phân phối hồ sơ được phê duyệt, duy trì danh mục tài liệu, kiểm soát phiên bản và đảm bảo văn phòng, xưởng và công trường chỉ sử dụng tài liệu mới nhất.
- Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho xưởng và công trường; xử lý vướng mắc, điểm không phù hợp; kiểm tra tính khả thi thi công; theo dõi tiến độ, khối lượng, sử dụng vật tư và chất lượng công việc.
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ yêu cầu dự án, tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật áp dụng, quy định HSE, quy trình công ty và mục tiêu chất lượng.
- Lập báo cáo tiến độ và báo cáo kỹ thuật định kỳ; cảnh báo rủi ro hoặc sai lệch; đề xuất hành động khắc phục và kịp thời báo cáo các vấn đề ảnh hưởng đến an toàn, chất lượng, chi phí hoặc tiến độ.
- Thực hiện các công việc liên quan khác theo phân công của
Quản lý Dự án hoặc Ban Lãnh đạo Công ty.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Materials Engineering, Welding Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemical, power, industrial construction, fabrication, maintenance, or shutdown projects.
- Practical experience in at least one discipline: insulation, scaffolding, piping, or mechanical QC. Multi-discipline experience is an advantage, not a mandatory requirement.
- Working knowledge of relevant materials, construction methods, inspection requirements, and applicable standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, BS, ISO, or equivalent project specifications.
- Experience in technical documentation, tender preparation, quantity take-off, BOQ/MTO preparation, and cost estimation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and AutoCAD. Experience with SolidWorks, MS Project, estimating software, or document-control systems is an advantage.
- Able to read and understand English technical specifications, standards, drawings, and vendor documents; basic spoken English is preferred.
- Good planning, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, progress-monitoring, and report-writing skills.
- Willing to travel and work at project sites, during shutdowns, or overtime when required.
- Disciplined, safety-conscious, cooperative, able to work under pressure, and committed to company rules and professional ethics.

- Có kiến thức về vật liệu, phương pháp thi công, yêu cầu kiểm tra và các tiêu chuẩn áp dụng như ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, BS, ISO hoặc tiêu chuẩn tương đương của dự án.
- Có kinh nghiệm lập hồ sơ kỹ thuật, hồ sơ dự thầu, bóc tách khối lượng, lập BOQ/MTO và dự toán chi phí.
- Thành thạo Microsoft Office, đặc biệt Excel, và AutoCAD. Biết SolidWorks, MS Project, phần mềm dự toán hoặc hệ thống quản lý tài liệu là lợi thế.
- Có khả năng đọc hiểu yêu cầu kỹ thuật, tiêu chuẩn, bản vẽ và tài liệu nhà cung cấp bằng tiếng Anh; ưu tiên giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản.
- Có kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, giải quyết vấn đề, giao tiếp, làm việc nhóm, theo dõi tiến độ và lập báo cáo.
