The engineer will work under the supervision of the
engineering manager, and he/she will work on developing products and processes. From concept phase into 3d designs and drawings, through sample production and up to First Article Approval. Not only will he/she work on the 3d and drawing, but will also develop the production process (routing) and Bill Of Materials. And during sample phase he/she will also have to help production in the realization of the product or the process.
- Plan and organize his/her activities, to meet the deadlines given.
- Create 3D models and detail drawings for production of the products.
- Create 3D models, produce Jigs, fixtures, and test equipment to support production and quality control.
- Read and understand technical information and help setup new processes and write the accompanying procedures.
- Support other departments to read understand and set up a new machine.
- Giving guidance for production department to produce samples and 1st production lot.
- Support production preparation staff for each process in Routing, create BOM during production development, and feedback details of changes in BOM and Routing based on the actual production process.
- Support production and quality problem-solving in the factory.
- Randomly audit the implementation of work instructions and procedures in production and quality control and provide feedback to the Management and QA.
- Release, inform, and control technical documents.
- Other related task as assigned by the Engineering Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or related experience..
- Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience would be preferred
- Working knowledge of 3D software (Solid Edge, Solid Work...)
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Good communication skills.
- Quick comprehension as well as the ability to and want to familiarize oneself with new topics.
- Effective problem- solving skill.
- Team player, enthusiasm, reliable.
- English in written and spoken.
