Manage improvement projects (OPEX), and machinery installation projects (CAPEX) aimed at improving productivity, safety, quality, availability, reliability, etc.
Work with Production, PQC, EHS, and Maintenance team to understand their needs as end-users, conduct research and analyze technical requirements to develop design concepts and propose optimal engineering solutions.
Create a Scope of Work (if supplier and contractor required) including installation standards, acceptance standards, technical drawings, technical specifications, etc. Collaborate with
Purchasing to clarify requirements for suppliers and contractors
Develop technical drawings and submit designs for approval.
Create and implement schedules for project implementation. Regularly report and align project progress to direct manager.
Perform contractor supervision and licensing procedures which includes safety requirements for contractors, project team, end-users.
Inspect details during installation process.
Prepare training materials related to machinery and equipment of assigned projects. Conduct training for end-users and related departments.
Take responsibility for the progress, quality, and safety of all assigned projects.
Monitor finished projects delivered to end-users and ensure all issues resolved (if any).
Perform other tasks as required by line managers.
