Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Mechanical Manager (Garment, ID20044, 3000USD):
Oversee the entire machinery and equipment system of the factory, including mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
Ensure optimal equipment performance, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Propose and implement technical solutions to enhance equipment performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall production efficiency
Ensure all machinery and systems comply with corporate safety standards and regulations
Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments
Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
Requirement
Male, Under 50 years old
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Manager (or equivalent) in FDI garment manufacturing companies
Strong preference for candidates with experience in knitting, apparel, or textile manufacturing
