Mô tả công việc
- Manage and operate gas systems, boilers, and pool operations.
- Manage and operate clean water and wastewater treatment systems.
- Coordinate to resolve customer issues related to technical systems.
- Build and implement maintenance plans for mechanical systems.
- Monitor and make lists of necessary materials, equipment, and tools for repair and maintenance work.
- Inspect and monitor the building's energy usage, analyze and evaluate, provide efficient and cost-effective energy usage solutions; inspect systems, advise and propose improvements to enhance the quality of mechanical systems and other related systems.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 3 years of experience in managing the operation of HVAC systems, water supply and drainage, and other mechanical systems such as gas, boilers, pool operations, clean water and wastewater treatment system.
- Preferably with experience in complex commercial buildings, offices, apartments, and hotels.
- Proficiency in conversational English, knowing Korean is an advantage.
- Skills in office computing, document, and reporting.
