Mechanical Manager

1. Operation & Maintenance
- Operate and manage mechanical systems including HVAC (chillers, AHUs, FCUs), water supply & drainage, pumps, long-fan systems.
- Ensure all systems operate stably, continuously.
- Make plan and implement periodical maintenance.
- Monitor equipment condition and proactively identify potential risks or failures.
2. Team Management
- Assign tasks and arrange shift schedules for mechanical technicians.
- Provide guidance and training on operation procedures and safety practices.
- Evaluate team performance and ensure work efficiency.
3. Contractor Supervision
- Coordinate with and supervise contractors related to mechanical systems.
- Monitor work quality, progress, and compliance with technical requirements.
- Conduct inspections, testing and acceptance of completed works.
4. Troubleshooting & Incident Handling
- Lead and manage troubleshooting of mechanical system failures.
- Implement timely corrective actions to minimize operational impact.
- Report root causes and propose preventive measures.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operation reports.
- Manage technical documentation and equipment maintenance records.
- Propose spare parts, consumables and system improvement plans.
6. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety, fire protection and environmental regulations.
- Control energy usage effectively (energy saving).
