Develop and implement medical strategies for the Oncology portfolio, aligned with the Company's business direction and medical priorities.
Build and maintain scientific relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospitals, and healthcare organizations.
Provide accurate, balanced, and up-to-date scientific information on oncology diseases, products, clinical evidence, and emerging treatment trends.
Monitor and analyze medical advancements, treatment guidelines, clinical research, market trends, and unmet medical needs in Oncology.
Gather and analyze medical insights from the field and translate them into actionable recommendations for medical strategy and portfolio development.
Organize and coordinate scientific conferences, medical education programs, and scientific exchange activities with local and international experts.
Support research activities, scientific collaborations, Real-World Evidence initiatives, and programs aimed at improving patient care in compliance with applicable regulations.
Develop and deliver medical, product, and disease-related training programs for the field force and relevant internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and other relevant functions to ensure scientific accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness across product-related activities.
Ensure compliance with medical ethics, Pharmacovigilance requirements, and the Company's internal policies.
Yêu cầu
University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy. A relevant postgraduate medical specialization is preferred for medical graduates.
At least 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Advisor, or equivalent pharmaceutical medical roles.
Candidates with Oncology experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies (MNCs) are strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of oncology diseases, treatment guidelines, clinical evidence, and emerging developments in Oncology.
Proven experience in medical strategy development, scientific activities, and engagement with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
Knowledge of clinical research, Real-World Evidence, Pharmacovigilance, and pharmaceutical medical compliance requirements.
Strong leadership, analytical, scientific communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
