Mô tả công việc
MyTeam is hiring a Medical Billing Admin to join our growing Processing team. We are seeking a self-starter who can perform data entry at a high-level of understanding and production. The qualified candidate must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Come join our team and grow along with our business!
* Duties and Responsibilities
- Compiles, verifies, and sorts information from medical provider bills to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Reviews data for deficiencies or errors, corrects incompatibilities, and reviews output.
- Enters customer and account data from source documents within specified time limits; inputs medical provider bills into our system so accounting can create invoices. Will continually work with complex accounts that require critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Maintains strict HIPPA compliance for all customer information.
- Performs basic math calculations to determine appropriate rates for some medical provider services.

- Bachelor's in accounting/ administration or related field preferred or an Associates plus equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and willing to work flexible hours to accommodate international customers.
- Previous office work preferred, preferably in a high-volume, customer-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with ability to take direction and work autonomously.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent typing skills and comfort with a keyboard required, (10-key familiarity).
- Basic math knowledge; able to use a calculator.
- Must have an upbeat personality and friendly demeanor with basic customer service skills and be able to handle stressful situations.
- You have strong project management and prioritization skills in order to manage the deadlines of ongoing work and juggle unexpected client needs as they arise.
- Show willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and willing to work flexible hours to accommodate international customers.
