- Develop and implement statistical analysis plans to tackle project objectives

- Coordinate performance data reporting activities across medical departments and committees department.
- Liaison with Peer Review Committee and Quality division for preparing, certifying and distributing KPI reports on doctor performance.
- Directly involve in developing data collection instruments, task may include creating survey questionnaires, interviewing doctor and patient.
- Assist the medical board and HOD's to provide data driven performance feedback to doctors.
- Conducting research related to performance measurement and reporting to establish best practices and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Support to the medical direction board and HOD's to furnish timely data for Performance Appraisals.
- Collaborate with data managers to create a study database and help address data related concerns.

* Qualification: Bachelor's degree in the medical field (Prefer).
* Experience:
- At least 2 years of similar experience in the medical field.
- Experience in using data visualization tools such as Power BI for at least 1 year
* Skills and knowledge:
- Knowledge of KPI software
- Strong network with internal and external organizations
- Ability to work successfully with a diverse group of people
- Familiar with Excel and other Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and in an environment of a multi-national culture
- Mastery of effective written and oral communication skills influences people
- Strong presentation skills
