Medical Representative - Pharmacy Chain (Miền Nam)
Job Description
Travel Requirement
Based in Ho Chi Minh City with regular travel within the assigned territory and occasional business trips to Hanoi, Da Nang, Can Tho and other provinces to support pharmacist training, business reviews, product launches and company events.
Main mission:
Build and execute business plans across assigned pharmacy chains (FPT Long Chau, Pharmacity, An Khang and Trung Sơn, MedX)
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Execute call plans to deliver the right message to the right customer with the right frequency.
Build a network of customers by visiting existing and new customers, categorize based on therapeutics area based on their needs and promotes the products
Serve as a product expert/ key contact to the customer, to respond to their enquiries, ensure that Servier products are available to more patients.
Ensure to give on time feedback to the marketing team on all marketing campaigns implemented.
Give customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to the marketing team so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
Ensure high quality of required reports and maintain quality data in key customer database.
Effectively communicate with co-promotion colleague and relevant members of other teams in order to understand, maximize and drive territory.
Hierarchy and functional report:
The Medical Representative reports to Team Leader or Area Manager and acts as individual contributor.
Requirements:
Basic qualification: BS/BA Pharmacist or Doctor background.
Minimum experience: 2-3 years of experience in similar positions at MNC.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Dynamic and passionate with business.
Teamwork, integrity and compliance.
