Lead and manage the Finance & Accounting Department, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
Monitor budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial performance.
Analyze financial results and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with corporate standards, accounting principles, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Cashier, Cost Control, Income Audit, General Ledger, and
Purchasing functions.
Monitor costs, inventory, and departmental expenses to ensure financial targets are achieved.
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
Provide financial guidance and business support to the General Manager and Executive Committee.
Develop and coach the Finance team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of Finance leadership experience, preferably as Financial Controller or Assistant Financial Controller in an international hotel or luxury resort.
Strong knowledge of hotel financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, internal controls, and financial reporting.
Experience with hotel management systems and ERP software (SAP experience is highly preferred).
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
