MEP Design Engineer (Plumbing & Electrical)

Archetype Vietnam is now looking for MEP Engineers (Plumbing & Electrical) to support and deliver our local projects, especially candidates with solid design experience in consulting environments.
- Perform duties assigned by the MEP Director, Manager, or Team Leader within required timelines.
- Prepare concept, basic, and detailed design drawings using AutoCAD MEP or Revit MEP according to local codes and international standards.
- Conduct design calculations, analysis, schematic diagrams, and select appropriate equipment sizes.
- Coordinate with architects, other engineering disciplines, sub-consultants, and clients.
- Undertake site visits and provide technical support as required.
- Review and ensure quality of drawings and calculations (self-check and team-check).
- Assist Team Leader in preparing design specifications, design reports, and finalizing all calculations.
- Review shop drawings and material submissions from contractors.
- Follow company design procedures and professional standards.
- Liaise with contractors and perform site inspections as required.
- Support in preparing equipment/material quantity take-off and cost estimates.
- Prepare technical schedules for equipment and materials for Team Leader review.
- Propose technical innovations to improve design efficiency and quality.
