Mô tả công việc
• Manage Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) work including bidding,
construction, installation, and warranty of M&E systems.
• Perform and report on tasks as assigned by the Branch MEP
Manager.
• More details will be discussed in the interview.
Yêu cầu
Trình độ chuyên môn (Qualification): Certificate of university related to Mechanical & Electrical.
Kinh nghiệm (Experience): Over 10 year - experience in M&E works, design, supervision and management.
Độ tuổi (Age): > 33 years old.
Kỹ năng (Skills): Good negotiating, good communication. Good using for Ms Office, Auto CAD, other specialized software. Fluent English (speaking / writing well). Good skills of Leadership and management.
Yêu cầu khác (Other requirements):
• Be hard-working.
• Have skills to make design drawing, shop drawing, calculation and make design explanation.
• Have responsibility in work, skills to control safety, quality & progress management.
• Have been worked for Japanese Main Contractor/ have a design or supervision practice certificate, who will be high in the list of priorities.
• Working at projects to be assigned by superior.
