ABOUT JOB:
We are seeking an experienced
MEP Manager
to lead the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering and site execution activities for a major infrastructure development project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing MEP design coordination, construction management, stakeholder engagement, quality assurance, and project delivery to ensure that all MEP systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams on large and complex projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lead and manage all MEP engineering, coordination, and construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee design reviews and ensure MEP systems comply with project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
Coordinate closely with architects, structural, civil, and other engineering disciplines to resolve interface issues and optimize project delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
Review technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure quality and performance expectations are achieved.
Conduct regular site inspections and coordination meetings to ensure effective execution of MEP works.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality management requirements.
Support procurement activities, including technical evaluations and vendor engagement.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams.
Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and status updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
Drive commissioning, testing, handover, and close-out activities for all MEP systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum
15 years of experience
in MEP engineering and construction management.
Proven experience as an
MEP Manager, MEP Lead,
Engineering Manager, or similar role
on large-scale projects.
Experience delivering complex infrastructure, industrial, transportation, commercial, or mission-critical facilities projects.
Strong understanding of MEP design principles, construction methodologies, and international engineering standards.
Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with project planning, cost control, risk management, and construction supervision.
Familiarity with BIM coordination and digital engineering workflows is an advantage.
Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on projects valued at over USD 100 million.
Exposure to international consulting, EPC, or EPCM environments.
Experience working with multicultural teams and international stakeholders.
Professional certifications (PMP, PE, Chartered Engineer, or equivalent) are advantageous.
