We are looking for an experienced Senior MEP Engineer (Grade E5) to join our R&D Center. In this position, you will lead the design, optimization, and standardization of all MEP building systems (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection) tailored specifically for foldable and modular units.
Key Responsibilities
System Design &
• Modularity: Design and calculate complete MEP building packages (Power Distribution, Lighting, Water Supply &
Drainage, HVAC, and Fire Safety) for smart modular structures.
Cassette &
Prefab Integration: Develop pre-engineered, modular MEP solutions ("plug-and-play" / cassette modules) to minimize on-site labor and ensure fast connection during deployment.
BIM Modeling &
Coordination: Build, update, and manage Revit MEP models; collaborate with Structural, Mechanical, and Architectural teams to conduct clash detection reviews and resolve spatial conflicts.
DFMA &
Prototyping: Apply DFMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) principles to routing, penetrations, and joints, ensuring tolerance control during folding/unfolding motions; participate in prototype assembly and testing at the Binh Hoa factory.
Codes &
Standards Compliance: Ensure all MEP systems meet strict domestic and international codes (AS/NZS, IEC, BCA/NCC, and Vietnamese QCVN/TCVN).
Documentation &
Technical Specs: Prepare Bills of Materials (BoM), technical specifications, equipment schedules, and testing/commissioning procedures (FAT/SAT). Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines.
Experience: 6 to 10 years of professional experience in MEP design, with a solid background in prefabricated buildings, high-end hospitality, container systems, or modular architecture.
Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in Revit MEP and AutoCAD;
experience with Navisworks for cross-discipline coordination is strongly preferred.
Standards Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of international standards, particularly Australian/New Zealand Standards (AS/NZS), IEC, or relevant foreign building codes.
Mindset &
• Soft Skills:
Practical mindset with a focus on product manufacturability; willingness to work closely with the factory prototype floor when needed. Good technical English for reading standards and reviewing technical specifications.
Benefits
Salary: 33,000,000 - 37,000,000 VND / month (negotiable based on qualifications and technical leadership).
Incentives: R&D milestone bonuses based on successful prototype validation and commercial releases.
Allowances &
• Perks:
Lunch, mobile communication, and business travel allowances per company policy.
Welfare: Full statutory social insurance coverage and CT Group's 360° comprehensive employee welfare benefits.
Growth: High-impact engineering role with modern R&D workflows and clear career progression paths.
