We are looking for an Ecommerce Performance Analyst, reporting directly to expat Head of Online to take ownership of the product assortment and stock management for our online business. As online sales continue to grow rapidly, this role will ensure that our product catalog aligns with the business's needs in terms of quality, quantity, and relevance. This role will work closely with our online commercial team to ensure consistent and smooth operations, supporting the team's efforts while enhancing overall performance. This position will also be responsible for manage and optimize our brand-specific eCommerce website.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. e-Commerce Catalog Specialist:
• Collaborate closely with the online commercial team to align on product selection, promotions, and assortment strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach.
• Actively participate in the buying plan discussions with the offline merchandise team, ensuring the right assortment is selected for online channels that supports business growth and sales targets.
• Ensure the online assortment is relevant, appealing, and diverse, focusing on sports and fashion products.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels for online channels.
• Develop Report and Dashboard to monitor sales performance, stock balance and obsolete situation and provide
• Collaborate with internal team to guarantee the availability of the right stock levels for online, avoiding out-of-stock situations or excess inventory.
• Analyze online sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for new product lines or assortment adjustments.
2. Central Retail Sports eCommerce Synergy:
• Work Closely with all Sports eCommerce Commercial team under Central Retail for assortment and Sales Performance
• Gather and analyze online sales data, customer behavior and assortment for all online Sports BU to maximize sales and develop strong buying plan
• Identify assortment gap and opportunities from other sports BU sales performance and provide information for buying team
3.Brand.Com:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the [protected info] website, ensuring it is up-to-date, functional, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to implement promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and other online marketing initiatives that drive traffic and sales on the website
• Coordinate with the commercial team to ensure the right product assortment and inventory levels are available for the website, supporting sales and promotional activities
• Work closely with the internal eCommerce team to troubleshoot any website issues, implement new features, and improve user experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Ecommerce, or a related field.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in eCommerce, merchandise planning, or product management, ideally within the sports and fashion industry.
Experience collaborating with commercial teams and managing cross-functional projects, especially related to buying plans.
Proven track record in managing product catalogs, inventory, and online assortments.
Experience in working directly with suppliers and managing independent relationships.
Familiarity with marketplace models and eCommerce catalog management.
Technical Skills:
