JOB BRIEF:
- A member of Merchandise Planning team of Reebok & Birken Brand, responsible for Stock Movement to achieve the best speed and sufficient stocks
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Inventory Moving
- Working with principal buying and OTB by season
- Follow new arrival launching Plan weekly, and working with Logistic/ Exim, accounting, Visual Merchandise, Operations team to receive new shipments, payment and delivery to stores in time.
- Making Consolidation between Stores, Store - Warehouse while ensuring the results are following VM guideline, Stock Capacity weekly
- Annalise Stock Cover and making Replenishment to Stores weekly to refresh inventory
- Doing analyse reports as sell though report, best seller, stock cover and clearance plan
- Do pricing and ESS price for each promotion and events.
- Do order shopping bag and planning GWP for each promotion.
2. Data Manage
- Neatly manage all necessary Historical Data relate to Sales, Stock, Shipments
- Working closely with the team member and IT to ensure all the data is consistent and accurately
- Working with account to manage stock balance and receive shipments
3. Others
- Collect feedback about merchandise from all related team
- Market research about Competitors
- Other Tasks assign by Brand Manager

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:
- Excel skill: Good.
- Logical thinking, teamwork and able to withstand high work pressure
- English: Communicate level
- Experience in Fashion Retail will be considered as an advantage

• Understand how iKPIs contribute to the achievement of departmental KPIs (dKPIs) and corporate KPIs (cKPIs).
• Acknowledge the detailed Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) set by direct superior at each point of time.
4. Financial:
• Contribute to the revenue-generating/cost-controlling activities of the team.
• Know the team's revenue/budget performance in an ongoing basis.
• Fully be aware of saving the resources of the company including manpower, tangible and intangible assets and overhead resources of the company.
5. Operational:
• Follow company's processes, procedures, and policies (PPPs).
• Be proactive and resolve issues or escalate those being over-authorized to respective superior.
• Maintain the security and safety of the office, employees and guests by keeping a watchful eye on the office, ensure all entrances are guarded or closed and locked at all times.
