Merchandiser production

Monitor the daily work of each team member to meet deadlines and cost-saving goals from related departments and all factories throughout production.
Communicate effectively to verify order information, ensuring alignment with customer requests, and provide guidance to garment sewing factories in Vietnam and overseas.
Address production issues promptly during the production process and serve as the coordinator to resolve them immediately, avoiding any disruptions in production.
Weekly reporting responsible for certain part of team operation/buyer.
Manage the ordering of fabric, with overseas supplier and in Vietnam.
Identify potential production issues during development and engage key stakeholders to influence mitigation plans.
Troubleshoot technical problems on-site during production or development.
Find solutions to fabric issues in the factory.
Build and maintain strong relationships, internally and externally with partners, and where necessary, take partners with the manager.
