A. Position Purpose (a summary of the general nature, level and the reason why the position exists)
Follow up and handle all administration of order process.
A. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (list of tasks in order of importance or the time consumed)
Follow to get PO to issue GO (Garment Order)
Issue style package/fabric BOM/PPO to order fabric.
Issue trim list and involved information to Sub-mat team for ordering trims.
Verify or clarify information internally and externally for orders to run smoothly.
Follow fit sample status, issue sample JO to make PPS for approval.
Follow to get PPS comments or approved strike off, washing standards... for bulk proceed.
Follow fabric status, update with planning team. Work with Sales/Fabric Mill, internal depts for fabric delivery date in time and payment.
Issue bulk JO, swatch card.
Arrange COI & allocate fabric to Cutting.
Join meeting with depts before bulk cutting and sewing.
Arrange samples as Buyer/Sales requirement.
Follow orders status from cutting to packing.
Checking final Packing list, preparing shipment report, release shipment.
Oversee writing off fabric inventory.
Monitor sample arrangement to catch shipment.
Collect to send WIP report to buyer or Sales.
Review and approve shipment in system.
Other duties assigned by immediately Supervisor.
Responsible for the enforcement of company's internal labor regulation, policies and procedures or any instruction from the Management.
To ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations at all time
Responsible to control and protect company's assets.
Yêu cầu
University graduate, 3-year experience in order follow-up with relevant subjects
Basic English (written/spoken).
Ability to read and understand all internal/ external documents.
Ability to communicate effectively at all level internally within organization.
Problem Solving Skills. Active and flexibility.
Good at computer office skills.
Ability to analyze and work in details.
Leadership, ability to analyze and work in details.
Careful, truthful, reliable and hard working.
Results oriented, well discipline.

Salary benefits: Negotiation
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Working 2 half days on Saturdays, alternating each month, counted as 1 working day; different Saturdays each month are paid holidays); no overtime compensation
