Your responsibilities:
Join a new and dynamic team at Eastgate Software focused on developing advanced AI solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents. The team is solving complex problems, designing and optimizing intelligent systems, and building transformative AI-driven applications. Ongoing investigations and tasks include:
- Developing and fine-tuning LLMs for specific applications
- Implementing RAG architectures to enhance model accuracy and retrieval efficiency
- Creating AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning and task execution
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deploy models and monitor their performance
- Optimizing LLM deployment for performance, scalability, and security
The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 4-5 years of experience in AI, ML, or software development
- Strong passion for AI technologies and data science
- Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face
- Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, RAG methods, and AI Agents
- Experience in implementing machine learning pipelines and deploying AI models
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and cloud platforms for LLM deployment is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Good English skills are a plus
- A great team player with a proactive mindset
