Act as the bridge between
Product Owner and Development team to assist the best decision making, ensuring product competitiveness retained but technical feasibility guaranteed; Act as a trusted consultant to our clients and implementation partners; Formulates and defines project scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements; Gather define and prioritize requirements of the project in close collaboration with the client; come up with the optimal solution for the product; Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications; Define features and product enhancements that meet business objectives and problems that target users are faced with; Perform business process gap analysis and manage requirement change; Support the engineering team throughout the delivery process to iron out ambiguity or complexity; Create flow diagrams to get to grips with process issues, bottlenecks and guide other team members in their understanding of the subject matter; Participate in all Agile/Scrum activities company-wide and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
