Role Summary: We are seeking a talented Fullstack Developer with expertise in Java and Vue.js to join our team. This role involves performing development and testing of features/bugs from backlog items, responding quickly to handle incidents, and building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
What You Will Do:
● Perform development and testing of features/bugs from backlog items.
● Respond quickly to handle incidents if they occur.
● Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
● Participate in Quality Assurance with good processes, practices, and analysis tools.
● Develop Non-Functional Requirements (e.g., Performance, Security, Reliability, Maintainability).
● Assist leaders in defining the Technical Backlog.
● Be involved in defining Roadmap and Risk Management.
● Commit to the results to be delivered by your team and assist your team in achieving such results.
● Objectively and effectively communicate with counterparts, leaders, and team members.
● Provide your team with feedback on their work.
● Develop ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
