Participate in analyzing, designing, and developing innovative and efficient blockchain applications (DeFi, DApps, infrastructure).
Conduct in-depth research on emerging blockchain technologies and market trends; propose optimal technical solutions for projects.
Develop, test, and deploy secure and optimized smart contracts on EVM-based platforms and Solana.
Provide technical consultation and support for clients and team members.
Review code, improve development processes, and ensure product quality and performance.
Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, Mobile, and QA teams to deliver features on schedule.
Yêu cầu
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in blockchain development.
Strong experience with smart contracts, DeFi, and complex DApps.
Proficient in major blockchain platforms: EVM (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, etc.) and Solana.
Solid understanding of blockchain security and best practices (audit, testing, deployment).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proficient in at least one of the following: [protected info], [protected info]; experience with Docker and Web3 libraries/SDKs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system-thinking skills.
Good English communication skills (both written and spoken) for technical discussions and collaboration with international clients.
PREFERENCES
Experience as a Team Leader / Lead Developer or in team management.
Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures, and their application in blockchain solutions.
Hands-on experience with smart contract audits, security tools, and multi-network deployment.
Having real-world projects, open-source contributions, or relevant certifications is a plus.
